Because each piece of our handcrafted jewelry is created with precision and care, we take the time to ensure it meets the highest quality standards before it is shipped.

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing time.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
5. International Orders: For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

If damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
8. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the United States and Shopify Managed Markets (188 countries/regions). If you're located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.
9. Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made to the shipping address, shipping method, or order contents. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
