Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hidden Mickey Treasures. We take great pride in creating and offering high-quality handcrafted jewelry and collectible accessories. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Pre-Orders

Many of our items are offered as pre-orders and are made specifically for our customers. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production timeline provided at checkout.

Please note that all production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to manufacturing, material sourcing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control. Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is available for purchase at checkout and provides additional coverage for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If Shipping Protection is selected and an issue occurs during shipping, Hidden Mickey Treasures will work directly with the customer to assist in resolving the matter, including replacement, repair, or refund options when applicable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Hidden Mickey Treasures is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and product.

For orders without Shipping Protection, assistance with lost or damaged packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and resolutions are not guaranteed.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information carefully before submitting their purchase, including shipping address, billing details, and selected items.

Hidden Mickey Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are created specifically for the purchaser and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion.
